The restaurant is closed to the public on Mondays (since June 2026). We are open Tuesday to Sunday: Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 to 22:00 and Friday to Sunday from 12:00 to 23:00. For private events and pre-arranged orders over 300 pieces we open any day, including Monday.

Do you deliver in Punta del Este?

Yes. We deliver in Punta del Este, La Barra, Maldonado and nearby areas. Orders are placed via WhatsApp at +598 98 480 407.

Do you cater for events and weddings?

Yes. We do private events, weddings, corporate and celebrations. Full production or on-site service, with sushi boats, live sushiman, waitstaff and bar. We quote custom proposals within 48 hours.

What is nikkei cuisine?

It is the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, born in the late 19th century when Japanese immigrants settled in Peru. It combines Japanese cutting and raw-fish techniques with Peruvian ingredients like ají, avocado, coriander and tiger's milk.

We quote custom events within 48 hours. We need the date, venue, approximate number of guests and type of event.

Do you make sushi boats for events?

Yes, we make sushi boats of 40, 60 and up to 600 pieces for large events. These are showpiece centerpieces that are assembled at the event as the table's protagonists.
